Sophia, WV - Karen Sue Fox Miller, aged 70, of Sophia, passed away on February 3, 2026 following a long illness.

Born February 7, 1955 in Beckley she was a daughter of the late Moses and Helen Goddard Fox.

Karen loved to do crafts and work at the Bible Baptist Church's Misson Center. She retired from Frontier Communications following many years of dedicated service holding several positions through the years. She was a faithful member of Bible Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers and a sister.

Those left to cherish her memory include her loving husband of 24 years, Rick Miller; daughter, April Furrow and husband, Scott of Shady Spring; son, Juddy Allen and wife, Michell of Yokosuka, Japan; granddaughter, Leia Allen of Jackson County, MS; step-son, Adam Miller of Beaver; several nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

A service to celebrate the life of Karen Sue Fox Miller will be held 1:00PM Tuesday, February 10, 2026 at Bible Baptist Church, MacArthur, WV with Pastor Sam Greene officiating. Following the services Karen will be laid to rest at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens, Beckley.

Friends may gather with the family from 12:00PM until time of the service Tuesday at the church.
