Helen Greer Fink, 78, of Crab Orchard, WV, was called home to be with the Lord, peacefully in her sleep, on Friday, March 2nd, 2018. Born on March 30, 1939, at Fireco, WV, she was the daughter of the late Clyde Greer and Amy McDaniel Greer.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry R. Fink, her sisters, Audrey "Bootsie" Drumheller, and Lola "Belle" Belcher, and by a brother, James "Jimmy" Greer.
She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, who loved spending time with her family. Mrs. Fink attended Cranberry Baptist Church when health permitted.
Those left to cherish her memory include her children, Cyndi Fink Tillinghast of Crab Orchard, Michael (and Marty) Fink of Suffolk, Virginia, Sherry (and Barry) Barajas of Beckley, and Jerry Lee (and Melissa) Fink of San Antonio, Texas; ten grandchildren, Tyler Fink, Christopher Fink, Hannah Fink, Samantha Barajas, Savannah Barajas, Shannon Barajas, LaDawn (and Wesley) Hill, Heather (and Nick) Crissman, Steven Fink, and Candace Meadows; six great-grandchildren, Hunter, Haylee, Aubree, Tyson, Tucker, and Brantley.
Two brothers, Tommy Greer, of Hawthorne, Florida, and Kenny Greer, of Fireco, WV.
Funeral services will be conducted at Rose and Quesenberry Peace Chapel in Beckley on Tuesday, March 6, 2018, at 2 PM with Pastor Roger Pauley officiating. Burial will follow at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens at Prosperity, WV. Friends may visit with the family one hour prior to the services at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Michael Fink, USAF (Ret) Jerry Lee Fink, Steven Fink, Indy Jones, Brandon Hansford, and Barry Barajas.
