Dorothy Moye Crews, age 88, of Glen Morgan, WV passed away Saturday, May 18, 2019, at Raleigh General Hospital.
Born October 21, 1930 at Helen, she was the daughter of the late Ernest and Goldie Crawford.
Dorothy worked at Beckley Manufacturing for many years and was a CNA at Pinecrest Hospital for 20 years.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Crews; her former husband and father of her children, James R. Moye; her son, James Moye Jr.; her daughter, Carolyn Runyon and her sister, Mary Burt.
She is survived by her daughter, Margaret Weidensall and husband William of Beckley; step daughter, Mary Cochran of Beckley; son-in-law, David Runyon of Beckley; daughter-in-law, Libby Moye of Alabama; four grandsons, three granddaughters, twelve great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
Funeral services will be conducted at Sprague Freewill Baptist Church on Wednesday, May 22, 2019 at 1 PM with Pastor Fred Lovell officiating. Burial will follow at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens at Prosperity, WV. Friends may visit with the family one hour prior to the services on Wednesday at the church.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.

Dorothy was a very special person. She was friends with my mom and would come and visit. I worked with her at pinecrest for a little while.many great memories of her visits with mom.She will truly be missed!❤
