Dennie Clark, 68, of Coal City, WV, died Monday, December 11, 2017, at Bowers Hospice House in Beckley, WV.
Born in Beckley, June 19, 1949, he was the son of the late Lloyd and Hazel Vaughn Clark.
Dennie was a disabled coal miner and proudly served his country in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War.
In addition to his parents three brothers, Teddy, Darrell and Lloyd Clark Jr., preceded him in death.
Survivors include wife, Deborah Saunders Clark; son, Jeffrey Clark; daughter, Susan Clark; one grandson, Jayme Clark; three brothers, Ricky Clark and wife Rebecca, Ronnie Clark, and Jimmy Clark and wife Charlotte; four sisters, Betty Sue Hales, Brenda Royal and husband, J.R., Jeannie Clark and Debbie Clark.
In keeping with his wishes Dennie was cremated and a Memorial Service to celebrate his life will be conducted 12:00 Noon, Thursday, December 14, 2017, at the George W. Seaver Chapel of Seaver Funeral Home in Princeton, with Pastor Tim Vaughn officiating.
The West Virginia National Guard Honor Guard will conduct military rites.
