Beulah Epperson, 92, of Crawley, passed away Sat., Oct. 14, 2017, at Greenbrier Care Center, Lewisburg.
Born March 10, 1925, at Low Moor, VA, she was the daughter of the late Thomas Gail Tinsley and the late Lottie Bess Tinsley Hoke. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death in 1991 by her husband, Oakley Epperson, and was also preceded in death by two sons, Jimmy Dale and Jackie Wayne Epperson, and a grandson, Clayton Yearego.
A former inspector for B. F. Goodrich manufacturing, she was a member of the Mount Baptist Church at Carl.
Survivors include: a daughter, Sherri Gilkeson of Crawley; a son, Jerry Joe Epperson of Lake City, FL; three sisters, Freda Brewer of Shrewsbury, Audrey Murphy of Hurricane, and Marie Bettrell of Burbank, CA; a brother, Matt Tinsley of Dixon, TN; six (6) grandchildren; and nine (9) great grandchildren.
Services will be 2 p.m. Tues., Oct. 17, at the Wallace Memorial Mausoleum Chapel, Clintonville, with Pastor Mark Secrist officiating. Entombment will follow in the mausoleum.
Friends may call from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. Tues., Oct. 17, at the mausoleum chapel prior to services.
